Michael Page are proud to partner with a leading Birmingham based organisation to appoint for a Temporary Reward Manager to join a busy HR department.
This role will mostly be based from the Birmingham office but some hybrid working can be offered business needs dependent.
Description
Working as part of a busy HR team, the role of Reward Manager is required on a temporary basis for circa 4 months.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Deliver HAY-based Job Evaluation activities, including facilitating evaluation panels and maintaining robust grading structures.
- Lead Equal Pay Audits and develop recommendations to ensure pay equity and compliance.
- Prepare reward analysis and supporting papers for Executive Remuneration Committee meetings.
- Act as a trusted HR specialist, supporting organisational change programmes and advising on employment legislation and best practice.
Profile
Ideal applicants will have a proven background in a similar role. You will also be available to start at short notice
Job Offer
- Daily rate of up to £330/day (Inside IR35)
- Temporary contract circa 4 months
- Hybrid working arrangements available based on business needs
- Temporary contract offering a chance to make a contribution.
