Static Building services engineer
Building services engineer / HVAC technician required for 2 -3 month contract staring immediately in Nottingham.
Working at a large head office with distribution centre the Building services engineer / HVAC technician will be:
- PPM and Reactive works on AC plant, AHU and Fan coil units
- Front end on BMS systems,
- Hot water temperature checks
- Lighting and lamping checks and changes
- Write and reed risk assessments
- 07:30 am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- £21.64 PAYE rate (No CIS or Ltd / PCN)
- Holiday pay
- Pension contribution
- F-GAS required
