Land Estimator:

• Responsible for Land Appraisals
• Accurately establish costs, risks, and potential bid parameters to give the Land department every opportunity to secure sites before the bid date.
• Undertake infrastructure and 278 works, take-offs, and costings.
• Building and maintaining base construction costs
• Keeping abreast of emerging regulatory changes and their implications for the business, such as landfill tax and future homes and building regulation changes that could influence our bids.
• Working with the planning and technical department to analyse the costing of each site.
• Establishing the most cost-effective methods of undertaking the development, including foundation strategy, remediation, and retaining walls.
  
  Please note that this is an office-based role.
