Conveyancing Paralegal
- Opening and maintaining matters, carrying out AML and compliance checks and keeping LEAP records updated
- Supporting residential transactions with searches, contract packs, forms, completion statements, SDLT submissions and registrations
- Communicating with clients, estate agents and other parties throughout the conveyancing process
- Helping with client appointments, telephone enquiries and the general administration of the office
- At least three years' experience in a Conveyancing Paralegal role
- A good understanding of the whole residential conveyancing process, including pre- and post-completion
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and professional communication skills
- A helpful, flexible approach and the ability to commute easily to Beaconsfield
