A Secondary SEN School in Oxford is seeking a dedicated, patient, and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Teachers.
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Support students with their learning, communication, social development, and independence.
- Adapt support to meet individual students' needs and learning styles.
- Encourage students to participate positively in lessons and school activities.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students and provide consistent encouragement.
We're looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant who is:

- A confident communicator with a genuine passion for special educational needs.
- Adaptable and able to respond positively to different students' individual needs.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
