Learning Support Assistant
The successful Learning Support Assistant will provide classroom and individual support, helping pupils to access learning and develop their confidence and independence. You may work on a 1:1 or small-group basis, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Experience within a school or educational setting is desirable
- SEND experience is advantageous
- Patient, nurturing and supportive approach
- Confident managing behaviour and maintaining positive relationships
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, proactive and adaptable
