The Role:
- Provide technical support to Advisers, including research, analysis, and suitability reports
- Build cashflow models and assess client portfolios
- Ensure all advice is accurate, compliant, and aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless service
- Contribute to the development of team processes and efficiencies
- Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning
- Proven Paraplanning experience within an IFA environment
- Solid understanding of financial planning products and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive approach, with confidence to challenge and support recommendations
