We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a busy team working on a domestic social housing refurbishment project in the Rochdale area.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled painter looking for immediate work on a well-established contract.
Your new role
- Internal painting and decorating of occupied and void social housing properties
- Surface preparation including filling, sanding and making good
- Emulsion and gloss work to walls, ceilings, woodwork and communal areas
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing
- Own tools and PPE
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
