The Role of a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service across multiple channels. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Accurately update customer records and maintain internal systems.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For in a Customer Service Advisor

Good keyboard skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
The ability to commute reliably to Warwick for 830 am start
