As the Administration Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the administration team, driving operational efficiency while ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

Lead, motivate, and support a team of administrators in a busy operational environment.
Support the Administration Manager and oversee the department in their absence.
Allocate workloads to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Monitor team performance using KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and relevant regulations.
Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders to resolve queries effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused working culture.
