Retail Team Manager

Location: Oxford (City Centre)
Salary: up to £30,000 + excellent monthly bonus

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to support the leadership of a busy retail store. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who enjoys developing teams, driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, and Deputy Manager you will:

Drive sales through excellent customer service and team performance.
Support the recruitment, coaching and development of colleagues.
Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results.
Ensure high standards across stock control, security, administration and health & safety.
Promote loyalty initiatives, new launches and store promotions.
Provide regular feedback and support colleagues to achieve their goals.
Help deliver store targets and key business objectives.

About You

Previous retail management experience at Supervisor level or above.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Passionate about customer service and retail.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Organised, adaptable and commercially aware.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
