Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care | Aldershot or Weybridge | £40,000 - £47,000

Our Client is a CQC-registered provider of high-quality domiciliary and live-in care across Hampshire and Surrey. We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our operational team and drive the delivery of safe, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

The day to day duties for the Domiciliary Care Manager includes:

As Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards while leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care. Key duties include:

Leading and managing the operational team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Conducting client assessments and developing tailored care plans
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and health & safety standards
Managing budgets, forecasting and cost control to ensure service sustainability
Recruiting, training, supervising and developing care staff
Building strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities and commissioners
Investigating complaints and incidents and driving continuous improvement
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth across Hampshire and Surrey

The Requirements and Experinece needed for the Domiciliary Care Manager role includes:

3,000+ hours' hands-on experience in domiciliary care
Proven experience managing a care service, including staff management, risk assessment and care planning
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures
Experience with budgeting and financial management in a care setting
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Confident using care management software and electronic record-keeping systems
Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
Full UK driving licence required
Willingness to participate in an on-call rota

Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager, Train-the-Trainer certification, and experience in care sector business development are all desirable.
