Software Sales Representative - Manchester

Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic | OTE: £70,000 + Up to £4,000 Quarterly Bonus | Top Sales Rep hitting £250,000

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a market-leading HR software provider looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our expanding team in Central Manchester.

In this role, you will drive the adoption of our cutting-edge SaaS platform. You will sell high-value HR and people-management software solutions that streamline operations, protect businesses, and empower small and mid-market business owners to manage their workforces efficiently.

The Role

Targeting the SME sector, you will identify, engage, and secure new software subscriptions.

Outbound Dialling: Conduct targeted outbound calls to connect directly with Directors and Business Owners.
Lead Generation: Build your pipeline by generating software opportunities from a database of high-quality, pre-generated leads.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales funnel to ensure consistent performance against quarterly software acquisition targets.
Consultative Selling: Introduce prospects to our innovative suite of software solutions, arranging online demonstrations to showcase technology value.

What You Bring

We hire for attitude, resilience, and drive. Previous software or SaaS experience is not required as full product training is provided, but we do require:

Proven Sales Experience: A track record in outbound lead generation, telesales, or business development using a consultative approach.

Resilience and Confidence: A tenacious personality with the ability to handle rejection and maintain focus on closing the next deal.
