Temp Administrator

Wigan, WN2 (Parking Onsite)

Monday - Friday

8.15am - 5pm (Friday finish 3.45pm)

ASAP - Ongoing

£14.00 per hour

Our client, a prominent organisation within the Industrial Services sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to support their operations on an ongoing basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this varied role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

Managing Customer Equipment: Ensure all customer equipment is efficiently tracked and maintained.
Booking Equipment: Coordinate the booking process for incoming equipment on-site, ensuring smooth operations.
Shopping Goods: Assist with procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of necessary supplies.
Creating Orders: Generate purchase orders and manage order documentation accurately.
Adhoc Tasks: Provide support with additional tasks as needed to assist the team.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records through diligent data entry and management practises.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent service by addressing client enquiries and providing necessary support.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in data entry and familiar with various administrative software tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
