Care Assistant - Chingford Area
Pay: £13.85 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available - Between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (mornings, evenings and weekends)
Weekends: Every other weekend required for continuity of care

Your role as a Care Assistant:
You'll support older adults who wish to remain independent at home, offering practical support and warm companionship in a safe, reassuring and positive environment.
Your day-to-day may include:

Providing personal care with dignity and warmth
Offering companionship and emotional support
Helping with meal preparation and light household tasks
Accompanying clients to appointments, shops or social activities
Creating a safe, reassuring and positive home environment

Your visits will never be rushed. You'll have the time to deliver care properly and build genuine, meaningful connections.
Every visit is an opportunity to brighten someone's day.

Who we're looking for:
No formal care experience is needed. Your compassion, reliability and openness to learning are what truly matter. With full training and ongoing support, you will have everything you need to thrive and make a real difference.
We're looking for someone who is:

Kind, patient and naturally caring
Reliable and committed to helping others
Able to communicate clearly and sensitively
Willing to learn and be part of a supportive team
Available to work every other weekend
Experienced or new to care – what matters most is your values and commitment to supporting others
