Customer Service/IT Support Specialist
Near Solihull, West Midlands (On-site)
£14.00 ph (£27,664pa)
Hours: 38-40 per week (flexi hours)

We are currently looking for a proactive, people-focused IT Support Specialist to join a friendly, fast-growing team.

If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in — you’ll fit right in.

Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport.

What You’ll Do

Support and train customers on our software and hardware systems
Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and regular check-ins
Explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
Coordinate hardware installations with our engineers
Work closely with teams across the business

What We’re Looking For

Great communication and people skills
Customer service experience (phone and/or face-to-face)
Strong IT basics (Windows 10/11, Excel, general IT literacy)
Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning
