MUST HAVE'S

At least two years' sales management experience in B2B environment
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong commercial acumen with focus on profitable growth
Excellent people management skills
Good IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills

NICE TO HAVE'S

Experience in managing sales KPIs and reporting
Knowledge of financial principles, including P&L and balance sheet interpretation
Familiarity with strategic process improvement techniques
Previous experience in the same or similar industry
Ability to work collaboratively across teams

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to meet targets
Monitor and manage KPIs, focusing on sales and activity metrics
Analyse sales data and management information to identify trends and opportunities
Support new business development and account growth
Maintain effective CRM practices and pipeline management
Provide coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to team members
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting and commercial decision-making
