Event Sales Administrator
£25,000
Start - ASAP
Contract until February 2027
4 or 5 days per week
Hybrid working – Loughborough

4 or 5 days per week

We are looking for an Event Sales Administrator to support the planning and delivery of a major national conference and exhibition. This varied role combines sales administration, customer service and event support, with a particular focus on contacting prospective exhibitors, generating enquiries and supporting bookings.

The role

Make outbound calls to prospective exhibitors and follow up enquiries
Build strong relationships with exhibitors and delegates
Support exhibition stand sales and bookings
Manage customer enquiries by phone and email
Process exhibitor and delegate bookings
Maintain accurate customer and booking information on the CRM system
Provide general sales and event administration
Work with the Events, Finance and Commercial teams to support the conference

About you

You will have experience in administration, sales administration, sales support, customer service or events.

You will be:

Confident speaking to customers on the phone
Comfortable making outbound calls and generating enquiries
Organised and accurate
Confident using systems and databases
Skilled at building rapport with customers
Able to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines

Previous events or conference experience would be useful but is not essential.
