Are you a Graduate or an ECT that would like some experience in secondary schools?

Whether you are struggling to find your first school after qualifying, or would just like to try out a variety of schools before settling into one for your career, please get in touch with us. We would like to help you get experiencing in teaching your subject. Graduates and Early Career Teachers with Academics, will help us to fill staff vacancies in local schools. Whether the vacancy is for one day or a whole year, one thing that is guaranteed is that you will be a very valued member of a trusted agency. You will meet a wide range of students every day, from those who will test your resilience, through to the larger cohort of students that were glad you came and whom you were glad you met. All of your work will be planned and you will enter the classroom with the challenge of bringing that work to life, while managing the classroom. What we expect of Graduates and Early Career Teachers :

Role subject to an enhanced DBS check.
