We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join a therapeutic Children's Residential Home, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality, child-centred care and support.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.
Support children to achieve positive outcomes in education, independence and daily living.
Complete accurate records, reports and care documentation.
Promote safeguarding, health and wellbeing at all times.
Work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home environment.
Participate in sleep-in shifts on a rota basis.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).
Previous experience working within a Children's Residential Home.
Sound knowledge of safeguarding and children's legislation.
Ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
