Description

Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
Assist in organising and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Handle data entry and ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
Respond to emails and correspondence in a professional manner.
Prepare reports and summaries as required.
Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects.

Profile

A successful BQA Admin should have:

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Job Offer
