What will the Accounts Semi-Senior role involve?

Supporting the preparation of accounts and bookkeeping for varied clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in line with industry standards
Managing routine client contacts and building strong professional relationships to understand their financial needs
Assisting with mentoring and guiding junior team members to support their development
Contributing to the overall quality of client deliverables and helping streamline internal processes
Working closely with senior staff to contribute to the growth of the practice through proactive and diligent service delivery

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Semi-Senior vacancy:

Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts preparation, or similar roles within an accountancy practice
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and a proactive approach toward client service
Demonstrates ambition to develop technical expertise and progress within the profession
A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
