As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager you will lead demand generation activity to drive qualified pipeline, lead conversion and business growth. Working closely with sales and external partners, you'll deliver integrated campaigns, content and digital strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement and acquisition.

Description

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Own and deliver demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline growth, lead quality and measurable commercial outcomes.
Develop and optimise integrated acquisition and retention campaigns across digital, content, PR, events and thought leadership channels.
Enhance customer journeys across websites, campaigns and events, ensuring a seamless and insight-led experience from engagement to conversion.
Drive digital performance through website optimisation, SEO, landing pages, lead capture and conversion pathway improvements.
Use data, market insights and stakeholder feedback to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign effectiveness and maximise marketing ROI.
Partner with sales teams to create compelling content, customer success stories and campaign assets that support business development objectives.
Champion strong governance, brand consistency and risk management while fostering a customer-centric, values-led culture.

Profile

A successful Demand Marketing Manager should have:

Proven experience delivering B2B demand generation and lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on pipeline growth and conversion performance.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels, including digital, content, PR, events, social media and sales enablement.
Experience optimising digital performance through SEO, website journeys, landing pages, analytics and conversion best practices.
Skilled in using CRM, marketing automation and reporting platforms to drive targeting, nurturing and campaign effectiveness.
Ability to create compelling marketing assets, including thought leadership, case studies, customer stories and sales collateral.
Good understanding of brand governance, compliance and maintaining consistency across all marketing activity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance planning, content creation, automation and reporting.

Job Offer

As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager you will receive:

£55,000 to £59,000
EV or cash car allowance
Excellent benefits, including generous bonus and pension!
Permanent role based in Newbury, but candidates will be required to travel to Trowbridge on a regular basis.
