Depot Support Administrator

Our client, a prominent player in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a talented Depot Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital administrative functions that support the organisation's operations.

Position: Depot Support Administrator
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: £19.00
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 45-minute lunch break)
Desired Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Manage basic billing tasks by compiling vendor costs and generating billing sheets to facilitate client invoicing.
Conduct accurate data entry on behalf of depot vendors into both internal and client-facing systems, accurately representing inventory and distribution activities.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail as the data entered is critical to operations.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Senior Manager of Global Third-Party Depots.

What the Ideal Candidate Brings:

Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent customer service abilities.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and organisation of sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to learn quickly.

Experience & Qualifications:

5-7 years of relevant experience is essential.
An understanding of logistics or supply chain processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
A basic understanding of finance would also be advantageous.
