Fully office based during probation then hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Process new pension business applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with various internal teams to manage the onboarding of new clients and their pension schemes.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring data integrity within the pension administration system.
Assist in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the New Business Team.
Stay updated with industry changes and regulations to ensure compliance and best practises are followed.
