£25,837.50 (FTE) Part time position, working Monday to Wednesday 08:00-15:00, Outskirts of Knaresborough, training and development, free on site parking, staff discount.

Due to successful promotion within the business, we are currently looking to recruit a friendly and organised reception administrator for this well established, local business based on the outskirts of Knaresborough.

The main purpose of this reception administrator role is to provide a warm and welcoming reception for all visitors, be the first face and voice the customers see and hear and help support the operational teams with various administration projects.

You will provide front desk reception duties, answer all incoming calls, deal with online website enquiries and manage the front desk inbox. You will then help different departments out with various projects throughout the year.

The Reception Administrator role includes:

Provide front of house reception service and meet & greet all visitors
Manage the reception area and meeting rooms
Provide refreshments and book catering facilities for meetings as required
Manage the front desk inbox
Answer all incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Monitor incoming website enquiries and provide reports
Assist internal departments throughout the year with specific administrative projects

Skills required:

A friendly and professional telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
Good computer and administration skills

This Reception Administrator role would suit someone who has previously worked on a front reception desk, has worked in a front of house customer service or hospitality role, or has worked as an office administrator, accounts administrator, coordinator or sales support.

This is a part time position, working around 19.5 hours per week. The ideal hours would be Monday to Wednesday 08:00-15:00, however for the right candidate these hours can be flexible. The hourly rate works out at £13.25ph and there is an excellent holidays and benefits package.
