Sales Executives - Why You Should Apply

Grow the business: How often do you get to build a portfolio from scratch with the board behind you? This British roofing products manufacturer, backed by an international group, has signed off £1.5m of growth over two years, and you would be its first sales person.

Leads already warming: A marketing specialist is in place and generating enquiries ahead of your start, so you build a pipeline rather than a cold list.

A product that opens doors: The refurbishment system you'll lead with has almost no direct competition in the UK, so you're rarely up against a rival quote.

Progression: Grow the numbers and the next sales hires could report to you.

Your Remuneration Package:

£38,000 to £44,000 basic, OTE £46,000 to £52,000 with stretch to £56,000, and the bonus is paid six-monthly. Nearly new company car, pension, 22 days' holiday plus bank holidays.

What You'll Be Doing:

Hunting new business as the Sales Executive for the UK. Four days a week you'll be in front of customers, selling a unique refurbishment system. One day a week is for planning at home, plus a monthly strategy day at the South Wales factory, staying over the night before.

What You'll Need To Apply:

Construction or building products field sales experience, with roofing knowledge a real advantage. Proven technical salespeople from manufacturing will be considered. Full UK driving licence.
