Enhanced DBS Office Professionals Required

Bradford | Potential Temporary, Temp-to-Perm & Permanent Opportunities

Are you an experienced office professional with an Enhanced DBS Certificate? Are you registered on the DBS Update Service or willing to obtain a current Enhanced DBS check?

Office Angels is actively seeking reliable and adaptable candidates across Bradford, for a variety of office support roles within education, public sector, charity, and not-for-profit organisations.

We're looking to hear from candidates with experience in:

Reception
Administration
HR Administration
Finance Administration
PA / Executive Support
School & Education Support

Typical Duties May Include:

Managing busy reception desks and welcoming visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Data entry and document processing
Diary management and meeting coordination
Supporting HR processes, on-boarding and compliance checks
Assisting with finance administration, invoicing and purchase orders
Preparing reports, letters and correspondence
Liaising with staff, parents, customers and external stakeholders
General office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

We're Looking For:

Previous administration, reception, HR or finance experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A proactive and professional approach to work
An Enhanced DBS Certificate (Update Service preferred)
Flexibility to support both short-term and long-term assignments
