Office Administrator

Our client, a prominent organisation in the housing sector, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support an exciting document digitisation and records management project. This temporary role, based in Speke, Liverpool, offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a knack for managing paperwork efficiently.

Contract Details:

Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 14th September 2026
End Date: 2nd October 2026
Contract Length: 3 weeks (could be extended)

Key Responsibilities:

Sort and review boxes of historical tenancy agreements and related documentation.
Scan physical documents into the company's document management system.
Accurately rename electronic files in accordance with company naming conventions.
Upload and organise documents within internal databases and filing systems.
Ensure scanned documents are allocated to the correct internal departments or external contacts.
Maintain accurate records of completed work and document status updates.
Update and manage Excel spreadsheets and tracking logs.
Identify and resolve filing discrepancies or missing documentation.
Ensure all records are handled confidentially and comply with GDPR requirements.
Provide support to the wider administration team with general office duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of paperwork accurately. A proactive approach and strong administrative skills are essential for this role.
