Temporary Sales Order Processor
Location: Horley, Surrey
Contract Type: Temporary
Salary: £13.00 -£14.00 per hour

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Temporary Sales Order Processor to join our team in Horley. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the wider team during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders via phone, email, and online systems
Verify order details for accuracy before processing
Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring stock levels are up to date
Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate despatch
Check stock availability and liaise with warehouse/despatch teams
Update order status and maintain accurate records on internal systems
Resolve order queries and discrepancies in a timely manner
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role (desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
