Sales Development Representative

Manchester City Centre | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

£30,000 - £32,000 basic | OTE £42,000 uncapped

This is an opportunity to join one of Manchester's most exciting SaaS scale-ups, backed by significant recent investment and entering an exciting new phase of growth. You'll be joining a supportive, ambitious sales team where you'll receive excellent training, genuine career progression and the opportunity to develop into an Account Executive.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities for the wider commercial team.

Working with a defined territory, you'll identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, whilst also qualifying inbound enquiries. Your goal will be to build a consistent pipeline of meetings for the Account Executive team and play a key role in driving business growth.

This is a target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, is resilient and wants to build a long-term career in technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
Research target accounts and identify key decision makers.
Engage prospective customers through cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
Qualify both inbound and outbound leads.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Book high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve team revenue targets.
Meet daily activity and performance KPIs.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys sales, loves speaking with people and is motivated by achieving results.

Ideally you'll have:

Previous B2B sales experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with senior decision makers.
A positive attitude and resilience when faced with challenges.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
The motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A genuine desire to build a long-term career within software sales.

What's On Offer?

£30,000 - £32,000 basic salary
Uncapped OTE of £42,000
Hybrid working (4 office / 1 home)
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday finish at 4:00pm
