Protocol Education is currently working with a range of primary and secondary schools seeking passionate ECTs for day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term teaching opportunities. The Role

As an ECT working through Protocol Education, you will have the opportunity to:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across your subject or year group.
Build confidence and experience in a variety of school settings.
Establish positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Develop your classroom management and teaching practice.
Access ongoing professional development and support.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS.
Recent graduates and ECTs are strongly encouraged to apply.
A passion for education and supporting young people's development.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A flexible and positive approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
