Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Monitor changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
Provide guidance and support to team members on payroll matters.
Manage payroll audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

Strong experience in payroll management within the retail industry or similar sectors.
Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
A solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
