Job Title: Breast Screening Coding Administration

Location: Wycombe Hospital, HP11 2TT

Trust: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

Payrate: Band 2, £12.92 per hour

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Duration: Start: ASAP End date: 6 Months

System

Essential: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
Desirable: Knowledge of Soliton and Careflow

MAIN TASKS – PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To code the workload on the Radiology information system (Soliton) onto Careflow.
To register patients onto IT system, updating information as necessary to maintain accurate records.
To ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Undertake data input, accurately inputting data using a variety of trust IT systems in a timely way
Maintain confidentiality at all times, Be aware and abide by the Data Protection and Health and Safety at Work Act.
Ensure offices are kept within Health and Safety Regulations
Any other duties as required
