Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join a busy logistics operation based in Banbury, OX16.

TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail who is looking for a role with long term potential and the opportunity to develop their experience within compliance and Health and Safety.

You will be supporting the site with compliance, training records, Health and Safety documentation and audits, helping to ensure company and customer standards are maintained across the operation.

Working Hours and pay:

Monday to Friday
· 08:00 to 16:00

Pay Rate
· £13.44 per hour

What Will You Be Doing?

· Maintaining accurate training records and safety documentation
· Supporting site Health and Safety processes
· Updating compliance records and documentation
· Supporting site inspections and following up required actions
· Assisting with Health and Safety and compliance audits
· Maintaining site safety information and communication boards
· Supporting investigations and ensuring documentation is completed accurately
· Helping organise training, compliance and safety meetings
· Communicating with different teams and departments across the site
· Helping ensure company, customer and site standards are maintained

What Are We Looking For?

You do not need to be a Compliance Manager or Health and Safety specialist. We are looking for someone with good administration skills who is accurate, organised and confident working with documentation and different departments.

You will ideally have:

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good Microsoft Office skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
· Ability to work accurately under pressure
· A proactive and organised approach
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Previous warehouse or logistics experience would be an advantage
· Previous compliance, Health and Safety or training administration experience would be beneficial
