Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary

Location: Solihull, UK
Rate: £23.60 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35) or £17.69 per hour PAYE
Contract: 12 Months
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support on a 12-month contract basis based in Solihull.

The successful candidate will support an individual executive or a small number of executives, ensuring the smooth management of day-to-day office activities and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Obtaining and organising information for use in conferences, speeches and reports as requested by the executive.
Editing, proofreading and formatting documents and presentations.
Document design and production.
Form filling and data entry.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.
Receiving and relaying telephone messages from internal and external stakeholders.
Managing executive interactions with internal and external contacts.
Handling confidential business and personnel information with discretion and professionalism.

Additional Responsibilities

Providing high-quality administrative support to senior executives.
Explaining facts, policies and practices related to the job area.
Working within established processes and procedures.
Supporting the effective organisation of executive activities and priorities.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail with strong document formatting and proofing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
