The Role

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive), you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions and help drive the success of the firm’s conveyancing services. You will play a pivotal role in delivering legal guidance to clients and ensuring the smooth progression of each conveyance.

Manage and oversee a wide range of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire process.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, standards, and best practices at all times.
Proactively identify opportunities for personal and departmental development.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer with strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and compliance.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Efficient at managing multiple cases simultaneously and effectively.
Keen interest in career development and leadership within a collaborative team.
