About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator & Junior PA to support the smooth running of a fast-paced and growing business. This role is primarily focused on business coordination (approximately 90%), with a smaller element of Personal Assistant support to senior leadership (approximately 10%).

As a central point of coordination across the business, you will work closely with leadership, sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure projects, processes, and day-to-day activities are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Coordination & Operations

Act as a central coordination point between leadership, sales, delivery, and operational teams.
Support senior management in maintaining structure, accountability, and visibility across the business.
Monitor business activities and proactively identify risks, delays, and potential blockers.
Coordinate internal projects and ensure actions are tracked and completed within agreed timeframes.
Document, review, and improve internal processes and procedures.
Organise company events, team socials, and associated logistics.

Systems, Reporting & Administration

Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Produce reports and analyse operational data to support decision-making.
Create and maintain trackers, templates, and administrative tools to improve efficiency.
Monitor project progress, business performance metrics, and utilisation data.
Provide ad hoc reporting and business insights for senior stakeholders.
Ensure internal systems are used effectively and consistently across the organisation.

Finance, HR & Business Support

Assist with financial administration, budget tracking, and reporting.
Support recruitment processes, interview coordination, onboarding activities, and associated administration.
Liaise with suppliers and external partners where required.
Provide general business and administrative support across multiple functions.

Junior PA Support

Provide occasional diary and administrative support to senior leadership.
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing ad hoc requests.
Support the preparation of presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
