Are you organised, customer-focused and confident building relationships? We're looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a successful business in Brighton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys generating new business, supporting the sales process and helping to drive business growth in a professional and collaborative environment. The role offers a balance of customer service, sales support and account coordination, without the pressure of a heavily target-driven sales position.

What You'll Be Doing:

Generating new business through indsutry research
Ensuring data and contacts are correct and up to date
Working closely with the Director to highlight potential new client leads
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Identifying opportunities to maximise sales within existing accounts
Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
Supporting the wider sales team with administration and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service or account coordination
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach and willingness to support commercial objectives
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A positive attitude and strong team ethic
