The Role

We are looking for a confident and highly organised Office Administrator to join a busy team supporting a large-scale technology refresh programme.

This is a hands-on administrative role where you will be responsible for keeping information accurate and up to date, coordinating activities with employees and internal teams, and making sure everything runs smoothly from an administrative perspective.

You will be dealing with a variety of people every day, so we're looking for someone who is naturally organised, approachable and confident communicating with others. Strong Excel skills are essential, as you will be working with spreadsheets, trackers and large amounts of information.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the team.
Organise and coordinate laptop collections with employees, ensuring arrangements are confirmed and recorded correctly.
Communicate with users by email, telephone and Microsoft Teams, answering queries and providing clear information.
Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets, trackers and databases.
Monitor outstanding activities and follow up with users where required.
Keep records and information up to date across relevant systems.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate activities and resolve any issues.
Help monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
Prepare basic reports, updates and information for the wider team.
Support the team with general administration and ad-hoc coordination tasks.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Administrator, Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Administrator or similar role.
Good Excel skills - you should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, maintaining trackers and handling larger volumes of data.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A friendly and approachable personality with the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and keep on top of deadlines.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
Experience with ServiceNow or other business systems would be beneficial, but is not essential.
