Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Start Date: 28th September 2026

End Date: 29th January 2027

Hourly rate: £15.54 per hour

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8.30am to 5.30pm, totalling 37 hours each week

Location: Reading - fully office based and once trained hybrid working could then be introduced

We are looking for a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to come and join our clients team on a temporary basis. You will be supporting the sales team in a varied and busy environment checking and uploading multiple documents and contracts onto our client system.

We are looking for a candidate who is extremely organised, has high attention to detail and self-motivated. Strong and confident IT skills specifically working on Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities include however, are not limited to:

Accurately log and quote contracts
Process and maintain a high volume of information and customer requirements
Ensure all work is accurately logged and meeting all compliance guidelines
Liaise with internal and external customers regarding their contracts
Support the team with pricing, retention and renewal contract related admin
Resolving queries and issues
Assisting other teams and additional administrative tasks when required

To be successful the individual must have strong communication skills, a confident multi-tasker and someone who thrives within a busy team. You will be joining a growing department who have targets and tight deadlines to meet therefore you must be able to manage your own workload each day.

Previous experience working in a similar role would be ideal however not essential as full training will be provided.

Due to a very structured training plan, we cannot consider anyone who has holiday in the first 4-6 weeks of the assignment
