Childcare Lead (Level 3 EYFS required)

Location:Dunstall Park Primary School, Austen Drive,Tamworth B78 3BQ

Hours: 18 hours per week Normally 7:30am-8:40am & 3:15pm-6pm, term time (with the option to enhance your earnings working up to 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)

Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 Per Hour

Contracts Available: Term-time only, Part-time, annual, no weekends.

Requiered: Level 3 Early Years Qualification

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided.

What does it mean to be a Progressive Kids Childcare Lead?

This role involves taking ownership of our wraparound setting. You will be Inspiring children, leading fun and engaging sports and arts and crafts activities within our wraparound childcare settings.

Managing and supporting the Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality activities.

Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.

Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations.

Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound setting.

Encouraging children to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.

Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
