As an Assistant to the Legal Team in the FMCG industry, you'll play a key role in keeping the department organised and running smoothly. Based in West London, you'll support the legal team with administrative tasks and help ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
Manage and organise legal documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the legal team.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
Support with other administrative duties as required by the team.

Profile

A successful Assistant to the Legal Team should have:

Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Proficiency in standard office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position within the West London area.
