Administrator / Receptionist

Location: Lambeth

Rate: Up to £19ph

Contract: Temp to Perm

Fortus Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the construction, property services, and social housing sectors.

We are currently working with a social housing organisation in Lambeth, supporting people with mental health needs, who are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and front-of-house experience who is confident dealing with residents, guests, visitors and phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

Providing a professional front-of-house reception service.
Welcoming and speaking with residents, guests and visitors.
Answering and managing incoming phone calls.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Carrying out general administration and office duties.
Reporting repairs on site and liaising with relevant teams.
Recording and updating information accurately.
Responding to queries and directing people to the appropriate team.
Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Skills & Experience

Previous administration and/or reception experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confident dealing with a wide range of people.
Professional, approachable and organised.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Social housing or care/support sector experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Comfortable working in an environment supporting people with mental health needs.

Parking is available on site.
