Junior Technical Sales Executive (Engineering / Facilities / Construction)

£28,000 - £30,000 + up to 15% Bonus +Training & development + Career Progression + Excellent company Benefits

Are you a Sales Advisor/Executive who is highly motivated and who is passionate about delivering a great customer service experience, looking for a fast paced role within a small team, in a successful company who will support your ongoing development & long term progression alongside offering a great work life balance, competitive salary, great benefits package & an excellent bonus structure where you can significantly increase your earnings ?

This fantastic company specialise in the HVAC sector & have over 100 employees, they are part of a much larger group of companies offering you further career progression across the group.

IN this role you will be calling an existing customer base where you will up-sell technical products & arrange maintenance contracts with existing customers. This is a fantastic role for someone keen to move into the engineering sector and who is motivated to learn & develop, all whilst earning great commission!

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded individual that is interested in the Engineering or Facilities sector looking for a great work life balance, excellent technical training and the scope to progress your career with an Industry leading Engineering company.

The Role:

*Supporting pre-exciting customers and upselling maintenance contracts
*Working as part of a small sales team, to develop, build and further customer relationships
*Full Training provided working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm
*2.5% Quarterly bonus based on performance alongside 5% annual bonus

The Person:

*Commercially minded & motivated, driven to exceed targets & KPIS to earn great commission
*Calm under pressure & passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
*Looking for technical training & development within the engineering sector where you will have full training to understand the product lines & where you can progress your career long term whilst earning great commission in a supportive tea,
