Sales Development Representative (Immediate Start)

Location: Central Manchester (Modern, High-Energy Office)
Earnings: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic | £40,000 Y1 Realistic OTE (Uncapped) | Top Performers £60,000+

The Opportunity

Most sales jobs promise "uncapped commission" but leave you cold-calling dead data with zero support. We do things differently.

We provide HR, Employment Law and Health and Safety Support that businesses actually need, they may just not know it yet, and that's where you come in. We are expanding our Manchester team and looking for competitive, resilient sales professionals who want to master B2B sales, control their own income, and progress quickly.

What You'll Actually Do

Drive Revenue: Hunt for new business through outbound calls, smart emailing, and referrals.
Open Doors: Connect with business owners and decision-makers to pitch our value.
Build Momentum: Book high-quality appointments and manage your own sales pipeline.
Smash Targets: Exceed quarterly goals and watch your commission reflect your effort.
