Production Operative – Wrexham

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for production work, warehouse work, packing jobs, factory work, warehouse operative roles, or manufacturing jobs with long-term prospects.

As a Production Operative / Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, checked and prepared to a high standard while working safely as part of a busy production team.

Production Operative Duties:

Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Loading and unloading materials
Carrying out quality inspections
General production and warehouse duties
Manual handling and lifting of products
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Operative, Factory Operative or Picker/Packer is desirable but not essential
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting throughout the shift
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Able to work 12-hour continental shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
Good attention to detail

Pay & Benefits:

£12.71 per hour
Full-time, ongoing work
Weekly pay
