What You'll Do:

As a Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in our production process. Your hands-on skills will help bring our engineering projects to life! Here's what you can expect:

Assemble components with precision and care.
Operate machinery.
Conduct quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet production targets.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Keep your workspace organised and tidy.

Who You Are:

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Here's what you'll need to succeed:

Experience in hand assembly or a similar role is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges.

Hours & Pay:

37.5 hours a week
6.30 - 2pm, 2pm - 7.30pm and 11-6.30am (usually days and backs only - however flex needed for night shift.
£24,784.50 - £30,000 annually - following training, salary will increase
