This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Engineer to take ownership of projects, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery from design through to completion.

A flexible working pattern is offered, including every other Friday off and shortened hours on alternate Fridays, helping to support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
Apply project management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Design, validate, and deliver engineered equipment solutions.
Coordinate and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and maintain project documentation for client approval.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor technical, commercial, quality, and delivery performance.
Support the successful completion of smaller project contracts as required.
Promote a positive, safe, and professional working environment.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Project Engineering role.
Essential HVAC project experience.
HND or Degree in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical discipline.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational and planning abilities.
Good understanding of risk management.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and environments.
Ability to balance customer expectations with business requirements.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday with flexible start times between 07:00 and 09:00 and finish times between 16:15 and 18:15. Week 1 includes Friday off. Week 2 includes a 4-hour Friday shift with flexible finish times between 11:00 and 13:00.
