Production Operative

Are you looking to kickstart your career in Manufacturing as a Production Operative? Perhaps you're not quite sure what career path you'd like to take and are looking for an opportunity to learn valuable new skills? Or maybe you're simply looking for a fresh challenge?

Orion Electrotech are proud to be partnered with GTK in Basingstoke once again to support their continued growth. With full one-to-one training provided, you'll learn valuable production and assembly skills while building a long-term career within manufacturing as a Production Operative.

The skills you will learn as a Production Operative:

Soldering
Wiring
Crimping
Reading engineering drawings
Working to IPC standards

To be considered for this Production Operative position, you will need:

A positive attitude
Good dexterity and attention to detail
A willingness to learn
Reliability and commitment
A keen interest in working within a production environment

Assessment Afternoon

Thursday 3rd September, 12:30pm - 3pm , with immediate starts available.

You'll have the opportunity to visit the site, see the production environment first-hand, try the work with one-to-one guidance and training, and meet the management team. Sounds good, right?

Job Details

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hourly Rate: £12.72 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Flexible hours available once fully trained.
